MITNESSETH: That the C rantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
D!'L'.ARS (=10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid
by G rantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknoaledged, has granted~ bargained
and sold to said Crantee, its heirs and assigns tbrever~ the following describ-
ed raal property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie, and State of
Florida, to Wit:
Condominium Parcel No. 4273, of SEASCAPE I, a Condominium, according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Offieial Records Book 33a,
at Page 1033, and any amendments thereto, of the Publie Records of St. Lucie
County~ Florida. ~
This conveyance is sub~ect to and by accepting this Deed~_Grantee hereby agrees
to assume the following:

Association.
The benefits and obligations hereunder sha~l inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to a?1 the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person ahomsceqer, tawfully claiming by,
through or under Crantor; and will defend same against thP lar+ful. claims of
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
