to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhib3ts and the Articles of Incorporation,

- Assoeiation; and Purchaser further acknoMrledges receipt of and reading and
,~: examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
~ plan, and acknarledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is e~sen-
~.~ tial~ to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
. and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the owners thereia.
~.L Purchaser and all o~mers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condomfnium coven-
- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Deelaration and
~~• Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
_ all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits
~: attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner~s
_ Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
~ able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser ac{mowledges and confirms that the
° Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OFmer's Association
~~ has.encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Candominivm parcel being conveyed
to Purehaser, as security for his obligations nnder said Declaration of Coven-
~ ants an@ Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the
~ Property O~mer's Association as to his.condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
` that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
¢~ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and
- the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and
~ other charges are estimated only. No Warra~nty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied upon except ~here the same is specifieally Warranted or
~ guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
