; broahure and floor plan of apartaaent purchased by pur~haser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Deolaration and Sxhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
; By-Lawe and Declaration oP Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ormers
- Association; and Purchaser further acknor~tledges receipt of and reading and
~ examination of said Declaration, its Sxhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
: plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
F tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominiu~- property
: and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the o~mers therein.
~ Purchaser and all amers of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
. ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
p Bxhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
: ~ all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominitm and Exhibits
~ attached thereto, and agrees that the asaessment under the Property O~mer's
. Assoeiation documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
~ able~ fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmoxledges and confirms that the
~' Deolaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ormer's Association
~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
~ to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under sald Declara~ion of Coven-
' ants and Restrictivns, and said Purehaser assumes the obligations as to the
! Property Ormer's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
; that all Warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
„ in the aPoresaid Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto~ and
- the common expenses and the sums due under the Property O~ner's Association and
<< other chargea are e'stimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended-
~ nor may one be relied upon except Where the same•is specifically Warranted or
f guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
