Purchaser~ by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknot~+ledges that this
purchase of a condominium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND is sub3ect
ir. every respect to the DecZaration of Condominiun as to the ebndominium in
which his unit fs located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not lim-
ited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of Condominiun or re-
ferred to therein), the By-I.aws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation,
the Rules and Regulations, copy of pro~ected operating budget, copy of sales
brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and ~xhibits and the Artieles of Incorporation~
By-Lawa and Declaration of Cover~ants and Restrictions of the Property Owners
Association; and Purchaser further ackno~,rledges receipt of and reading and
examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
plan, and acknowledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
tial, to the successful operation and management of the-Condominium pr.operty
and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the or-ners therein.
Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every Frovision of said Declaration and
Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies arid confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of aaid Deelaration of Condominium and Exhibits
att~ched thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's
Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason-
ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purehaser ac{rnoWledges and confirms that the
Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property OFmer's Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomininm parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his ob2igations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purehaser assur.^.as the obligations as to the
Property OWner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties, representations, anc~ inducements, if any, are as contained
in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and
the cortBnon expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and
other charges are estimated only. No Karranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied upon except ~here the same is specifically Warranted or
guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto.
