Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves : all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits ~. attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ~ able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmoWledges and confirms that the " Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owner's Association ~~ has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the t Property Oti+ner's Association as to his condominium parcel.
