corporation authorized to trAnsact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter
called "Mortgagor," by the following described documents grunted and conveyed

dated June 2, 1980, and recorded in Official Records Book 332 at Page 1738 of the
Publie Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein HUTCi~INSON ISI,AND
LI~IITED, INC. assumed the indebtedness seeured by stiid !4lortgage, and increased
the indebtedness to the principtil sum of Thirteen ?19illion Dollars (S13,000,000.00),
together with an Assignment of Leases, Rents and Profits reco;ded in Official
Record Book 299 , at Pnge 1002, ~nd UCC-1 Financing Statement reeorded in
Official itecord Book 299, at Page 1008, all of said documents filed in the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Iloricl~, and in addition, t~ UCC-1 Financing
Statement filed ~:ith the Se~cretary of State, State of Floricfa, on December ?,
1978, under File ~+o. 966909, betN~een snid p~rties; t-nd
WHERF.AS, the s~~d blort~age ha~ _requested thc s,,id 1~1ortgagee to
release the premises and other property herein~fter described, being a purt of said
llortgage, and encumbered prernises, from tt-c liens and operntion of snid ~rlortgage
~nd other liens;

remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien and operation
