Purchaser and all awners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condomini~an coven-~ ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits att~ched tliereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property OWner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ahle~ fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrietions of the Property Owner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrietions, and said Purchaser assucnas the obligations as to the Property Otimer's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as centained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property O~rner's Association and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically Warranted or guarant~ed in said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
