WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN

by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained

heirs, executors, administrators~ successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto. Grantor does hereby fully warrant title to all the premises
hereby conveyed against all and every person whomsoever, lawfully claiming by~
through or under Crantor; and will defend same against the lawful claims of
such persons claiming by, through, or under said Grantor.
