Purchaser and all or+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits• attaehed thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Or+ner's Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof are reason- ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclrnowledges and confirms that the Declaration of Cove~~ants and Restrictions of the Property OWner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~~nder said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assu~~.~s the obligations as to the Property OHner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all xarranties, representations, and inducements, if any~ are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of CondominiLm and Exhibits attached thereto, and the common expenses and the sums due under the Property.Ormer's Association and other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically Warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto.
