Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of~Condominiun and Exhibits s; attaehed thereto~ and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's Association documents referred to at+c~ve and the provisions thereof are reason- able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmoWledges and confirms that the ` Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mer's Association , has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed ~ to Purchaser. as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the ~ Property Ormer's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained t~ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto, and -~ the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and - other charges are estimated only.
