brochure and floor plan of apartment purchased by purchaser, and all Amendments
to the aforesaid Declaration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation,
~~' By-Laws and Declaratior~ of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Ormers
- Association; and Purchaser further acknoMrledges receipt of and reading and
t examination of said Declaration, its Exhibits, budget, sales brochure and floor
: plan, and acknoFrledges that each and every provision of the foregoing is essen-
~~ tial, to the successful operation and management of the Condominium property
: and is in the best interests and for the benefit of all the amers therein.
L Purchaser and all a+ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven-
ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and
'~ Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of~Condominiun and Exhibits
s; attaehed thereto~ and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's
Association documents referred to at+c~ve and the provisions thereof are reason-
able, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclmoWledges and confirms that the
` Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property O~mer's Association
, has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed
~ to Purchaser. as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven-
ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assumes the obligations as to the
~ Property Ormer's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms
that all warranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained
t~ in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~ and Exhibits attached thereto, and
-~ the common expenses and the sums due under the Property Owner's Association and
- other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended
~ nor may one be relied upon except where the same is specifically warranted or
a guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
