Pursuant to the provisions of Section 443.141(311a1, Florido Statutes; known as the Florida Unemployment
Compensotion law, notice is hereby given thot there have been assessed, pursuant to the provisions of said (aw,

contributions, interest ond penalties, which after demand for.payment thereof remuin unpaid, and thot br virtue
of the obove mentioned law the amount of said contributions (toxes), together with penolties, interest, and costs
that moy accrue in addition thereto, constitute a lien in favor of STATE of FLORIDA DEPARTMENT of
LABOR and EMPLOYMENT SECURITY upon the title to and interest, whether (ega) or equitable, in any reol
propertr, chattels real, or personol propertr of said emplorer.
