Pursuont to the provisions oF Section 443.15 (3) (a), Florida Statutes, known as the Florida Unemplorment
Compensotion law, notice is hereby given that there have been ossessed, pu~suant to the provisions of said law,
against Warrens Laundry - Cleaners' Inc. (A FL Corp. )

an "emplorer" liable for the parment of contributions to the Unemplorment Compensation Fund of Florido,
pursuant to the provisions of said low, the sum of S 2260.42 covering the following
contributions, interest and penolties, which after demand for poyment thereof remoin unpaid, and that by virtue
of the obove mentioned law the amount of said contributions (taxes), together with penolties, interest, and costs
that mor accrue in addition thereto, constitute a lien in favor of STATE of FLORIDA DEPARTMENT of
LABOR and EMPLOYMENT SECURITY upon the title to and interest, whether legal or equitable, in any rea)
propertr, chottels real, or personol property of soid employer.
