purticularly deseribed to secure the payment of the sum of money hereinafter
mentioned with interest thereon:

LI1~9ITED, INC. assumed the indebtedness secured by said 1~ortga~e, and incrcased
the indebtedness to the principul sum of Thirteen 3lillion Dollnrs ($13,000,000.00),

Reeocd I3ook 299, at P~ge 100Z, iind UCC-1 Financin~ Statement recor~ied in
Offieial Itecord Book 299, at Pagc~ 1008, all of said doc:iments filed in the Public
Records of St. Lucie Counly, 1'lorida, iind in addition, ~, UCC-1 FinPncin~
Statement filcd with the Secretary of St~te, State of rlorida, on necember 7,
1978, under File No. 966909, between seid pnrties; iind

release the premises and other property hereinnfter described, being u part of s~id
iNortgage, and eneumbered premises, [rom the liens und operation of said 1~lortgage
