~ 1. Why the claimed property should not be taken from your
possession and delivered to tne Plaintiff.
2. Service of this Rule to ShoN Cause with the attached Complaint
in Replevin shall be made upon the Defendant by the Sheriff of St. Lucie
County not 1 ater than Januarv 15 f 198~ but not sooner than
January 10* I981 .
3. The Sher~ff of St. Lucie County shall personally serve the
Defendant as provided by law, or in the event that the Sh~riff shall
find such service not to be possible, the said Sheriff shall post this
Rule to Show Cause together with the Summons and attached Complaint on
or in the claimed prope rty, or on the main entrance of the Defendant's
place of 7339 So. Federal Highway, Port St. lucie Lanes, Port St.~ Lucie,
FL 33450. Said non-personal service, if necessitated and if made as
provided herein, shall De effective to afford notice to the DefendanL of
the Show Cause Order, but for no other purposes.
4. .The said Defendant shall have the right to file an Affidavit on
behalf at the time of the hearing shoNn in Paragraph 1. above. Further,
should this Court find that the Plaintiff fs entitled to the possession
of the claimed property pending the final ad~udication of the claims of
the parti~s hereto; the Defendant shall have the right to file with the
