1. ~T~rm: The term of the contract respecting each item of equipment commences upon whichever of the
following dales is earlier:
a) The dafe seller confirms to the buyer ot its aoceptance of the purchase agreement.
b) The date said item or items of equipment is delivered to buyer.
c) IT IS AGREEU THAT THIS CONTRACT CONSTITUTES A FIRM OFFER BY THE SELIER TO
SELL TO THE BUYER THE GOODS DESCRIBED IN THE SNIPPING ORDER ATTACHED TO THE
CONTRACT UNDER THE TERMS HEREUNDER OUT~INED ANO THAT SUCN AN AGREEMENT
IS NOT REVOCABIE UNIESS CAUSE FOR REVOCAT~ON IS STATED IN THE AGREEMENT.
Unless sooner terminated as hereinatter set fwth, the te-m of this contract respecting each item of
equipment expires 48 months from the date of contract plus sales tax.
2. Parmsnt: As payment for said equipment, ~uyer ahall pay selle-, at its office in Denver, Colorado, or

a Use: Buyer shall +omply with all laws, ordinances and regulations in anywise relating to the use.
operat~on or mainlenance of the equipment_ Buyer shall save seller harmless against actual or asserted
violations and pay all costs and expenses of every character occasioned by and arising out of such use.
It seller supplies buyer with labels stating that the equipment is owned by selle~, buyer shall aliix and
keep the same upon a prominent place on the equipment.
5 Sscurity Impeirmsnt: At al! times during business hours, seller shall have the right to inspect the
equ-pment or observe its use, and may remove the equipment forthwith, without nolice to buyer, i~ the
equipment is, in the opinion of Ihe seller, being improperly cared (or or abused.
6 Altaratbns: Without ths prior written consent of seller, buyer shatl not make any alterations, additions
or irr,provements to the equipment. All additions and improvements oi whatsoever kind or nature upon
to the equipment shall be!ong to and becOme ihe property of lhe seller upon the expiration or e.,rt~er
iermination of this tOntraCt.
7. Repai~s: Buyer shall inspect the equipment within 48 hours after its receipt; unless within said time.

necessary repairs, maintenance, operation and replacements.
