It appearing to the Court and the Court finding that the
hereinafter named Civil Action cases have lain dormant for a
long time~and have not been prosecuted as required by law, and
pursuant to the power vested in the Court, it is thereupon,
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:
