ORDER

This cause coming to be heard upon the verified
petition of the plaintiff, Elizabeth Anne Griffin, for
an injunction and it appearing to the court that irreparable
harm will be done to the plaintiff unless the prayer for
temporary relief is granted and it appearing that the
plaintiff does not have an adequate remedy at law, and
the court being fully advised in the premises.
It is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that a temporary injunction
issue as prayed for in the complaint directed to defendant
Barry J. Lee requiring him to remain away from the
plaintiff's residence at 801 Sixth Street South, Fort
Pierce, Florida, and prahibiting him from telephoning,
accosting or bothering the plaintiff, Elizabeth Anne
Griffin. ~
It is further ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this order
shall become effective upon the plaintiff giving a
bond in the amount of $~~"~" in favor of the defendant
and conditioned to pay all damages and costs which may
accrue by reason of the issurance of this temporary
restraining order.
It is further ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Sheriff
of this County is directed to enforce this order and
should violation occur in the presence of that officer,
he is directed to take defendant Barry J. Lee into
custody and bring him before the court.
This order shall remain in full force and effect
