O R D E R
IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA
CASE NO. 79-626 F.R.
This cause came on to.be heard upon the Stipulation of counsel
for the respective parties and the Court being £ully advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The custody of the minor children, DAWN MARIE ROGERS,
SHERI LYNN ROGERS and JEANNETTE DECEMBER ROGERS, is hereby awarded
to the Husband, ARTHUR A. ROGERS, JR., granting to the Wife, PATRICIA
MARIE ROGERS SHEPARD, liberal and reasonable rights of visitation.
2. The Wife, PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS SHEPARD, shall have the
right to have the minor children named above visit and be with her
for a period of four weeks during the summer vacation at a time to be/f,y~.

3. The Husband, ARTHUR A. ROGERS, JR., shall at all times
keep the Wife, PATRICIA MARIE ROGERS SHEPARD, informed and advised of
his residence address and telephone number, and the minor children
named above shall have free access to the telephone to talk to the
Wife without interference or monitoring by the Husband.
4. This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause to make
such further orders herein as may be deemed n~ ssary.
