2. iVILLIE rtAE JOHNSON is an incompetent, whose date of
bii-th is June 17, 1920, who is 60 years of age. The residence of
the incompetent is 423 N. 21st Street, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
3. The nature of the incompetent's incapacity is stroke,
causing para2ysis on the left side, aphasia and nonambulation, as
adjudged by the Circuit Court in St. Lucie County, Florida on
January 7, 1981.
4. It is necessary that a guardian of the person and
property be appointed f~r the incompetent.

8. Savannah Briggs, a resident of St. Lucie County,
Florida is sui juris and otherwise qualified under the laws of
Florida to act as guardian of the person and property of the
incompeter~t, and is entitled to preference because the incompe-
tent has no living relatives and because the petitioner is the
