ORDER APPOINTING GUARDIAN
The petition of SAVANNAH BRIGGS for the appointment of a
guardian of the person and property of WILLIE MAE JOHNSON, coming
on this day to be heard and it appearing to the Court that said
person is incompetent because of paralysis of the left side and
aphasia and nonambulation caused by stroke and that it is necessary
for a guardian to be appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction
and being fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that SAVANNAH BRIGGS is hereby appointed as
guardian of the person and property of WILLIE MAE JOHNSON,
incompetent. ~
