THIS 4-AI2R~+N'PY DEED made and executed this 7th day of
JanuaryL 1981 , by ZEPHYR, I1vC., a corporation organized
and existing under the laws of the State of Florida, herein-
after called the Grantor, to HOYT C. MURPHY and MARGARET
MURPHY, as ioint tenants with ri~ht of survivorship

TOGETHER WITH:

tion of Condominium and all of its exhibits, and all of the
tene;nents, hereditaments and other appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
2. Al1 appliances and fixtures now situate in said
