All that certain parcel/parcels of land and premises being known

having a Right of Way of-100 feet and the Division Line of Govern-_

of curve, thence; Northwesterly along a curve to the right having

length of 63.78 feet to a point, thence; North 89 degrees 56' 05"
East, a distance of 93.85 feet to the point and place of beqinning,

More or less to the Mean High Water Line of the Atlantic Ocean,
thence; 2. Southeasterly along said Alean High ti'ater Line a
