the party using the unit(s), the Association, as agent of the
owner, may.take such action as it deems appropriate to accomplish
the removal of such user and all such action by the Association
shall be at the cost and expense of the unit owner, and it shall
reimburse the Association therefor, upon demand, for costs,
together with such attorney'.s fees (including appellate attorney's
fees), as the Association may incur in the removal.
20.2 Common Elements. The common eiements shal~ be

20.5 Nuisances. No use or practice which is either
an annoyance to unit owners or an interference with the peaceful
possession and proper use of the Condominium Property by the unit
owners shall be allowed. All parts of the Condominium sha~l be
kept in a clean and sanitary condition, and no re~bbish, refuse or
garbage shall be al2owed to accumulate or any fire hazard allowed
to exist. ~
. 20.6 Insurance. No unit owner shall permit any use
of his unit or make any use of the common elements that will
increase the cost of insurance upon the condominium property.
20.7 Lawful Use. No immoral, improper, offensive or
unlawful use sha21 be made of the condominium property. All valid
laws, zoning ordinances and regulations of all governmental bodies
having jurisdiction shall be observed. The responsibility of
meeting the requirements of governmental bodies for r,~aintenance,
rnodification or repair of the condomini~m property shall be the
same as the responsibility for maintenance and repair of the
praperty concerned.
