In the event the aforementioned owner fails to remove the party using the unit(s), the Association, as agent of the owner, may.take such action as it deems appropriate to accomplish the removal of such user and all such action by the Association shall be at the cost and expense of the unit owner, and it shall reimburse the Association therefor, upon demand, for costs, together with such attorney'.s fees (including appellate attorney's fees), as the Association may incur in the removal. 20.2 Common Elements.
