HomeMy WebLinkAbout1119 ' Al1 shutters, reflective window covering, or other such covering of the exterior doors and windows shall be uniform in color as established by the Board of Directors of the Property Owners As~ociation. All window shades shall be a uniform off-white color as established by the Board of Directors of the Property Owners Association. No unit owner shall cause anything to be placed on the exterior~walls, including awnings, storm shutters, doors and windows nf the building, except with the prior writte~ consent of the Boards of Directors of the Association and Property Owners Association. No clothesline or similar devise shall be allowed on any portion of the condominium property or Common Property, nor shall clothes be hung anywhere except where designated by the Board of Directors of the Property Owners Association. 20.10 Alteration of Units. No unit owner shall make or cause to be made any structural modifications or alterations in his unit, or in the water, gas, electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning equipment or utilities therein, without the consent of the Association, which consent may be withheld in the event the Board of Directors determines that such structural alteration or modification would in any manner endanger the building. If the modification or alteration desired by a~nit owner invoZves the removal of any permanent interior partition, the Association may permit such removal if the partitionis not a load bearing partition and if removal of the partition does not interfere with.any common utility source. 20.11 Noise Abatement. No noise shall be peL-~itted to be transmitted from one unit to another. In the event ~he Board of Directors of the Association detzrmines that any noise is being transmitted from one unit to another unit and.that S4Ch noise is unreasonable, the owner of such unit shalZ, at his ~wn expense, take such steps as shall be necessary to abate the noise to the satisfaction of the Board of Directors of the Association. In the event the owner of the unit fails to abate the noise, the Board of Directors shall take such steps as shall be necessary to abate expenses incurred by the Association in abating the noise, including reasonable attorney's fees. 20.12 Floor Coverings. In all units, all rooms and hallways other than kitchens and bathrooms shall be carpeted with a reasonably good grade of carpeting and padding, except hard flooring without carpeting may be installed on adequate sound-proofing material only with the prior written consent of the Association. 20.13 Signs, Antenna and Aerials. advertisements or notices of any type shall be condominium property or Cori.mon Property and no antenna shall be placed on the condominium pro; Property unless the Boards of Directors of the Property Owners Association consent'in writing No signs, displayed on the exterior aerial or perty or Common Association and thereto. 20.14 Terraces. No terrace shall be permanently enclosed, except with screening. The appearance of terraces shall not be altered in any manner whatsoever without the written cansent of the eoard of Directors of the Association. 20.15 Bicycles. Bicyc~es and other such vehicles shall be prohibited in the Condominium. Bicycles shall be stored, kept or parked only in those areas specifically designated for such purpose by the Property Owners Assaciation on the Common Property.
