"Condominium ") accordina to a Declaration of Condominium (the
"Dec~aration") to be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. This Corporation is oraanized for the purpose of
-operating, governinq, a~rr.inistering and r~,anacing the property and
affairs of the Canciorr.iniur~ and to exercise all powers ar~d
discharge all the responsibilities aranted ro it as a corporation
under the law~s o`_ the Sta~e of Floricia, the B}•-Laws o: the
Corporation, tr~ese J~rtieles, Declaration and the Condominiu~r: Act,
and tc acquire, hold, convey and other~ise dea! ir. and Mith real
