OFF'ICEPS
Section 1. Executive Offi~ers: The executi~~e officers of
the Associat-ion shall be a Presidenr, Vice-President, Treasurer
and Secretary, all of whom s}iall be e2ecred annually by the Board
of Directors. Any two of said offices may be unit.ed in one
person, exceot that. the President shall not. also be the Secretary
or an Assistant Secretar}~ of the Assaciation. The President shall
be a director ex officio, unless elected to the I3oard. If the-
doard so determines, there may be more than one Vice-President.
Section 2. Subordinate nfficers: The IIoard of Directors
may appoinF such other officers and agents as ~hey may deem
necessary, who shall tlold office during the pleasure of the F3oard
of Direcrors and have such authority and perform such duties as
from time to time may be prescribed b~- the Board.
Section 3. Tenure of Officers; F.emotial: All officers and
agents shall be su5jecr. to removal, ~•it.F~ or wir_hout cause, at any
time by action of t.he t~oard of Directors. The II~ard may delegate
powers of removal of subordi.nate officers and agents to any
of f icer.
Section 4. The Presi.denr.:
(a) ^,'!:e president sha~l presid~ at a12 meerings of the
members an~ Direct.ors; he shall have oeneral and
active management of the business of the
Association; he shall see thar all orders and
resolut_ions of the Board are carried into effect;
fie shall execute bonds, mortgages and other
contracts requirinq a sea:, under the seal of the
Associa~.ion; the seal when aff ixecl shall be
attpsred by the signat_ure of rhe Secret.ary;
(h) 4le shall have general su~erintendence and direction
of all the other otficers of r.he Association, and
shall see that t_hei r ciut i es are performed
pron~rly;
(c) f~e shall submit a reporr of the operation of the
Association for the fiscal year to r_he Directors
~henever called for by t.hem, and to the members at
the annual meeting, and frorn t.ir~~ to t ime shall
