(d) !~e shall be an ex officio me~^ber of all comr„ittee~,
and shall have the general powers and duties of
supervision and management usuall~- vested in~the
office of President of a corperation.
Section ~. The Vice-President: Tl~e Vicc-President shall be
vested with all po~~ers and required to per±orm all duties of the
President in his absence; ar.d such other duties as may be
prescribed b}~ the E3oard of Directors.
Section 6. ThA Secretary:
(a) The Secretary shall keep t1~e miriutes of the
meetings of the voting members and of the Board of
Directors in one ar morE boo}:s provided for that
purpose; said minute books shall be available for
insF~ection by unit owners, or their authorized
representatives, and directors at any reasonable
time; said minutes shall be retained for a period
of not less than seven (7) years;
(b) tle shall see that all.notices are duly given in
accordance with the provisions of these By-i.aws or
as reqvired b~~ law;
(c) t~e shall be custodian of the corporate records and
of the seal of the Association an~ shall see that
the seal of the hssociation is aff ixed to all
documents, the execution of whic!~ on behalf of the
Association under its seal is c3uly aUthorized in
accordance with the pro~isions of these By-Laws;
(d) He shall keep a register of the f?ost office address
o£ each unit owner, which shall be furnished to the
Secretary by each unit owner;
(e) In general, he shall perform~ ull duties incident to
the of f ice of secretary and such ott:er duties as
from tine to tirne r~ay be assigned to hirn by the
President or by .the f3oard of P,irectors.
- SPction 7. The Treasurer:
(a) The Treasurer shall };eep fLll an~ acc~rate accounts
of receipts and disbursements in books belongi.ng to
. - the l,ssociation, and shall c3epesi± all monies and
other valuable effects in the nar:~ and to the
credit ef the Association, in such depositories as
r;,ay be cesignated by the Board of Girectors;
(b) t~e shall disburs~ the funds of the Association as
. ordered ey the Board, ta};ing Fraper vouchers for
such disbursernents, and shall render to the
President and directors, at regular rr.eetings of the
Board, or whenever they may require it, an account
of all his transactions as Treasurer and of the
financial condition of the Association;
(c) He r~~a}' be reyuired to give the T,ssociation a bond
in a sum and with one or more sureties satisfactory
to the Board, for the faithful performance of the
duties of his office, and the restoration to the
Association, in case of his death,~resignation or
