and such transfer ,h~~ll be suhject to the Nrocedures set forth in
the Declaration of Condominium.
Section 3. I']ural Ownership: I-temt~crshiE~ may be heli3 in the
names of more tt~~~n orie person, in wl~icl~ event, all of the plural
owners of ttie unit ~I~all be entitle~~ collectively to only one vote
in tl~e manayement ot the affairs of tlie Association, and the vote
may not t~e divicled bet~aeen the ~~lural owners. 7'he plural owners
must file a certi.f icate authori~iny a vc~ting mc•mber in accordance
with Article VI, Section 7 of these Dy-I,aws.
