Section 1. Place: All meetinys af ti~e T,ssociation ir,ember-
ship st~all be held at the off ice of the Associatior. or such other
place as may be stated in the notice of the n~eeting.
Section 2. l~nn~al hteetin~:
(a) The f irst annual rt~~eting of ttie m~mbers shall be
held as set forth in the Articles of the
P,ssociation, and each subseouent reyular annual
mceting ~of the r,~embers shall ~~ held on the same
day of the sarae ~nonth of each year thereafter, at
the hour of 8:~0 P.M. '
If the day for the annual meeting of the members is
a leyal hoI iday, the meet ing wi 11 be held at the
san~e l~our on the £irst day following which is not a
legal holiday. If the n~eeting is rescheduled, the
directors elected at the first annual meeting and
the officers elected as a result of the directors'
meeting will hold office until the annual meeting
is held. '
(b) At the annual meeting; the rr~e~cbers, by a plurality
vote, shall elect a Board o: Directors anc3 transact
suct~ otl~er business as ma}~ proYerly come before a
meeting;
(c) tvritten notice of the annual meeting shall be given
to each unit owner and shall be posted in a
conspicuous place on the candominium property at
l~ast fourteen (14) days prior to the annual
- m~eting. The notice of the annual meeting shall be
sent by rr~a i 1 to each un i t owner and the post of f i ce
certificate of mailing shall be retained as proof
o~ such mailing.
Section 3. t~embership List: l,t least ten (10) aays before
every regular r~;eetiny of the membership, a complete 1 ist of
members entitled to vote at said meeting, arranged nu~r~erically by
units, with residen~ of each, shall be prepared by the Secretary.
Such list shall be produced and kept for said ten (10) days_at the
office of the Association, and shall be op~n to examination by any
mernber throughout suct~ time.
Section 9. Special Pleetings:
(a) Special meetings of the nembers, for any
purp~se(s), unless otherwise prescribed by law, the
Ueclaration of Condominivm, or ti~e t,rticles of
Incorperation, may be_callea b}' the President, and
shall be called by the President or Secretary at
the wr i t*_en request of or~e th i rd (1; 3) of the
vo~ing T,~mbers. Such r~quESt shall state the
purpose(s) of the proposed meetina;
(b) t•Iritten notice of a special meeting of ine~r,bers,
stating tt~e time, place and purpose(s) thereof,,
shall be served upon or mailed to eact~ voting
member at the address as it appears on the booY,s of
the Association, at least five (S).days before such
meeting; ~
