Section 10. Pro~~dure: Roberts Ru3es e~ Order (latest
edition) shall govern the c~nduct af Arsociatzon proceedings when
not in conflict with the Articles of IhCOi"~~ration, these By-Laws
or any prQVision of law.
Section 11. Tarpon E3~ Yacht Club Pro~erty ~wners
Association,~Inc. shall be entitled to notice of all Association
meetings, and shall t~e entitled to atter~d the Association
meetings, and_ it r~~~y designate such persor. 4s it desires to attend
Association meetings on its behalf. -
ARTICLE VII
WOTICES
Section 1. liefinition: F.xcept w~:e.i-e ex.c.:~essly provided to
the contrary, whenever under the provis ions of law, the
Dec~aration of Condominiur~, the Articl~s of Incarporation or these
E3y-Laws, notice is requir~d to be qi~•~n to any director or
member, it s~al2 not be construed to mean ~~cr~onal notice; but
such notice may be given in writing by reoc~lar- ~rail, by depositing
the same in a post office or letter box in a~o~tpaid, sealed
envelope, addressed as appears on the books ~f the Association. '
