T~o By-Law shall be rcvised or ar~.e~ndec? by reference to its
t'i.tle or number only. Proposals ro amend existing By-Laws shall
concain the full fext of fhe By-Law~-to be ~smended; new words
shall be inserted in the text underlines, and words to be deleted
shall be lined through with hyphens. If khe proposed change is so
ext.ensi~e that. the abo~~e ~?rocedure would hinc~er, rather than
assist, rhe under~tanding ef the proposed ar^Ancment, it is not
necessary to Use i~nderlining and hyphens as indicators of words
added or deleted, but. a notation musf be inserted i.mmediately
prcceding t.}~e proposed amendment in sub~tanti~ll}• the following
language: "Substanrial rewording of Ry-I~a~s. See By-Laa~s
for present text". ~

an~endmenr.

this instrur~ent- si~all neverthel~ss be and re~rain in full force and
effect_.
These I3y-Laws and the Art.icles of Incorporation shall be
const-rued in the e~enr of any a:~biguity consisfent wi.th the
provisions of tha Declaration oi Condaminium.
