called the Mortgagee, the owner and holder of a mortgage upon land~
in St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage is dated September 28,
1979 and is recorded in O.R. Book 317, page 2403, of the public ~
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, joins in the making of the
foregoing Declaration of Condominium, and the Mortgagee agrees that
