hereby releases the original Obligors) from further obligations or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above.
4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shatl
constltute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
mortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaffirnied by the new
obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is btnding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and asslqns of the parties.
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and 1n the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortgaoe and the maker(s) of all~promissory notes secured thereby.
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
is satisfactory and that the a6ove stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer a~d/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
