'hereby releases the original Obligors~ from further obligations or liability
under the mortgage or note referred to above. .
- 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
' mortgage, the provisions of which are ~pecifically reaffirmed by the new
, obligor(s).
5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Uwner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
mortqage and the maker(s) ~f :all pr.omissory notes .secured -thereby. -~
7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s)
- is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer.and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s).
