THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed this 2nd day of

Declaration of Condominium and all exhibits thereto
dateci Dec. 9, 1980 , recorded Dec. 19, 1980 ,
in Official Record Book 345 , pages 795 through
864 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida;
TOGET~IER WITH:
l. All of its appurtenances, according to said Declara-
tion of Condominium~and all of its exhibits, and all of the
tenements, hereditaments and other appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
2. All appliances and fixtures now situate in said
apartment.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to.the following:
1. The provisions of the Declaration, incl~~ding all
exhibits, and all rules and regulations affe~ting the property
made by The Woodland Owners Association, Inc., the nonprofit
corporation responsible for the operation of the condominium.
2. The easements provided for in the Declaration or
its exhibits or in the Condominium Act of the State of
Florida, Chapter 718, Florida Statutes, 1979.
3. Restrictions, reservations and easements of public
record.
4. Such zoning and other restrictions upon the use of
the apartment and upon all of the condominium pro~erty as may
be imposed by Governmental authorities having jurisdiction.
