;~ The undersigned, as personal representative of the
;, above Estate, alleges:

~j 1. The decedent, ELIZABETH WHITE, a resident of St.
;;
`~ Lucie County, Florida, died on June 23, 1980, and Letters of
;
'~ Administration were issued to Petitioner on August 12, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers of accounting by
~ all interested persons. ~
~~ 3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate by
'',, making payment, settlement, pr other disposition of all claims
'~ and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
-; for the payment of all taxes and e~tpenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be
~ paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,
. appraisers, or other agents employed by the personal representa-
tive is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
S. Petitioner has filed all required Estate tax returns
~ with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
with the Court evidence of the satisfaction of this F.state's
obligations for both Federal and Florida Estate taxes, if any.
~ 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
! of the assets of this Estate as set forth in the Schedule of
Distribution attached hereto as Exhibit B.
7. The only persons having an interest in this pro-
; ceeding and their respective addresses are:
