LAWRENCE SANDERS,
Incompetent
PETITION FOR DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
The undersigned, as Guardian of the property of LAWRENCE SANDERS,
incompetent, alleges:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardianship no longer
exists by reason of the fact that the said LAWRENCE SANDERS has
reached the age of majority on December 29, 1980.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of the Final Accounting
and Final Return, as all the assets have been~on deposit in First
Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, pursuant to
court order.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an order be entered closing
the Guardianship, discharging the Guardian, and ordering~First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce to transfer the funds
in the Guardianship to LAWRENCE SANDERS, individually. -
