ORDER OF~FINAL DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
This proceeding was heard on the Petition for discharge of
the guardian of the Guardianship of Lawrence Sanders, incompetent,
notice of hearing on said petition having been waived by all persons
entitled to same, and the court being satisfied that the guardian
has faithfully discharged the duties as such guardian, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said guardian is discharged and
the surety on the guardian's bond, if any, is released from further
liability, and that FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION of
FORT PIERCE transfer all funds in the name of Vicie L. Sanders,
Guardian of Lawrence Sanders, Minor, to LAWRENCE SANDERS, individually.
