to either or both of the beneficiaries. '
FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath unto HENRIETTA BOSTON
the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars, to have and to hold
unto herself absolutely and forever.
SIXTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, I give, devise and bequeath unto
my daughter, MYRTLE ANN CHARLES, to have and to hold unto herself
absolutely and forever. In the event MYRTLE ANN CHARLES fails to
survive me, I give, devise and bequeath one-third (1/3) of the re-
siduary estate to RUTH B. COKER, and two-thirds (2/3) of the residuary
estate, in equal shares, to the GRUNDY BIBLE INSTITUTE in Grundy,
Virginia; the KENTUCKY CHRZSTIAN COLLEGE in Grayson, Kentucky; FLORIDA
CHRISTIAN BIBLE COLLEGE in Orlando, Florida; COOKSON HILLS CHRISTIAN
SCHOOL in Seffner, Florida for use at the Tampa oiphanage; SALVATION
ARMY, St. Lucie County, Florida chapter.
SEVENTH: I hereby constitue and appoint my daughter, MYRTLE
ANN_CHARLES, as the personal representative of this my Last Will and
Testament, and I expressly confer upon her power as such personal
representative to administer my estate, excusing her from giving bond,
or making any returns to any court. I expressly confer upon her full
authority and power to manage, invest and re-invest, to sell and
convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private sale, with
or without notice, as she may deem best, and without any order of
court. I authorize her to make good and suff icient conveyances to
any purchaser and to hold the proceeds of any sale for such use as
she may deem best for the interest of my estate. I further hereby
expressly confer upon her the authority and power to borrow money
for the use of my said estate in any instance where she may think
it necessary and proper, and to secure the same by mortgage, trust
deed or other form of security to or upon any part of my estate;
this she may do without the order of any court.
If my daughter, MYRTLE ANN CHARLES, fails to survive me or if
she fails to qualify as personal representative, I appoint RUTH B.
COKER as alternate personal representative of this my Last Will and
