Testament with the same rights and privileges as my daughter would
have had if she had survived me.
EIGHTH: I give and devise such of my tangible personal
property to those persons designated in a separate writing in ex-
istence at the time of my death, which list is signed by me and
which describes the items and the devisees with reasonable certainty.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand and
seal and publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and
Testament, in the presence of the witnesses named hereinafter, on

The foregoing instrument was subscribed by the said MABLE
L. CHARLES in our presence, and acknowledged by her to each of us,
