I, FRED H. HALEY, a resident of St.~Lucie County, Florida,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and ~
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any
and all former Wills and Codicils by me at any time made, and intending
hereby to devise and bequeath all of the property, both real and
personal, of which I may die seized and possessed~, or to which I
may b~ entitled at the time of my death, wherever the same may be
situated, as follows, to wit:
FIRST: I direct my Personal Representative, hereinafter named,
to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as it is practicable.
SECOND: All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate
whether real, personal or mixed,.I give, devise and bequeath unto my
wife, INEZ S. HALEY, to have and to hold unto herself absolutely and
forever, providing she survives me.
THIRD: If my Wife, INEZ S. HALEY, should fail to survive me,
then I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate, whether real, personal or mixed, to my wife's sister,
HELEN J. PARRISH,to have and to hold unto herself absolutely and
forever.
FOURTH: I hereby constitute and appoint my Wife, INEZ S. HALEY
as Personal Representative of this my Last Will and Testament, and I
expressly confer upon her power as such Personal Representative to
administer my estate, excusing her from giving any bond or making any
returns to any Court. I expressly confer upon her full authority and
power to sell and convey any part or all of my estate, at public or
private sale, with or without notice, as she may deem best, and without
