THE CONDITION OF THIS BOND is that if ALBERT ASHLEY, who
has been appointed as guardian of the property of KELLIE NICOLE
ASHLEY, a Minor, shall perform faithfully all duties as such
guardian according to law, then this bond will be void; otherwise,
it shall remain in full force and effect.
