between NANCY ROBERTS, as guardian of Inez Hilliard, an in-
competent, party of the first part, and SALLIE H. KNIGHT,
party of the second part, whose mailing address is 116 South
~lst Street, Fort Pierce; FL 334-50;
WITNESSETH: The party of the first part, pursuant
to the order of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida,
dated December 15, 1980, and in consideration of the premises
and the sum of $8,400.00, and other good and valuable considera-
tions in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
releases, conveys and confirms unto the party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns forever, the real property in St.
Lucie County, Florida, described as:
