O R D E R
Hearing was held in the above-styled matter on the lOth day
of December, 1980 on the Plaintiff, MARY TATE'S, Motion to Set
Aside and Vacate the Judgment entered by this Court dated
November 13, 1980. The Court heard argument of counsel and was
advised once again that the attorney for the Plaintiff, Mr. Flowers,
had advised this Court on at least two (2) occasions that the
matter was settled and the draft had been tendered at the previous
hearing, and pursuant to the Court's previous Order for full
~ payment of the settlement. For the same reasons as previously

o stated in the Court's previous Order dated November 13, 1980, and
the Court finding no further reason for setting aside that Judgment,
it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Vacate and Set-Aside
is hereby deni,ed. This Motion being denied, it is the feeling of
this Court that the other I-fotions filed by the Plaintiff in this
matter and the Defendant are hereby moot.
