payments beginning on April 1, 1981, and on July 1, 1981, October 1, 1981,
and January l, 1982, and on like days in each quarter of year thereafter

A late charge of four (4) percent shall be added to princinal if any
quarterly payment is not paid before the tenth (lOth) day of the month
in which the payment is due. Payee may prepay in whole or in part at
anytime without penalty except in the year of sale.
The term mortgage as used herein shall be and is intended to mean
to be the same as Security Agreement.
That in the event that payee shall fail to pay the balance due on the hair
dryers to Barnett Bank of Orlando, Florida, that the payor shall be able to
deduct the amount owed to said bank from the principal balance of this note.
