expressly reaffirmed except as follows:
A. Interest on the subject obligation sha11
henceforth accrue to the Lender at the rate of eleven (118) per
cent per annum on the unpaid principal balance, effective February
1 , 1981 .
B. The regular amortizing monthly payment due in
accordance with the terms of the aforementioned Note shall
henceforth be in the sum of S264.64 due and payable on the same day
of each and every month as called for by the subject Promissory
Note, effective February 1, 1981. _
4. Except as specifically desiqnated herein, nothinq
here shall constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned
Promissory Note and Mortgage the provisions of whilch are
specifically reaffirmed by the New Obligor.
5. This agreement is binding upon the parties, their
heirs and assigns.
