SUBJECT to conditions, limitations, restrictions,
reservations, easements and rfghts-of-way of record, if any,
provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall
operate to reimpose any of the foregoings and taxes for the
year 1980 and subsequent years.
TO HAVE AND TO 80LD the same in fee simple forever.
AND GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE,
as against all persohs whomsoever lawfully claiming or to
claim by, through, or under the GRANTOR, that the GRANTOR is
lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free of all
encumbrances, and that the GRANTOR has good right and lawful
authority to sell the same; and the GRANTOR does hereby
fully warrant the title to ttie said premises, and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever claiming or to claim by, through or under the
GRANTOR.
