ASSIGNMENT

rights, title and interest pursuant to the Decree of Divorce
entered in Cause No. ?9-40172 in the 247th Judicial District
Court of Harris County, Texas~ to OSWALD OMISTON GIBBONS on
all of that property at Lot 16, Block 2?49 at Port St. Lucie~
St. Lucie County, Florida as evidenced by a Contract of Sale
and Deed of Oswald On~iston Gibbons and Annabella A. Gibbons
executed on August 5,1971 to the General Development Corp.,
P.O. Box 549, Miami, Florida 33145. .
