Together with all improvements thereon.
Subject to an Agreement For'Deed, wherein AL POLIZZI, his heirs,
or assigns, of 228 S.E. Lakehurst Drive, Port St. Lucie, Florida,
is the proposed purchaser, dated November 21, 1977 and recorded in
O.R. Book 298, Pages 1539-1542, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
Grantor warrants that the unpaid principal of the monies due under
the terms of said Agreement For Deed after the November 13, 1980
payment is a principal balance of _$ 61,983.84, that monthly payments
of $ 430.00, including interest at 7% per annum, are due each and
every 13th of the month until November 13, 1983 at which time the
unpaid principal balance shall become due and payable.
The Grantor reserves to himself, or his assigns, the monthly payments
due under said Agreement For Deed beginning with the payment due
December Y3, 1980 through and including the payment due November 13,
1981.
Beginning with the payment due on December 13, 1981, and all subsequent
payments that Grantor herein assigns to the Grantee herein, together
with all the Grantor's rights and interest in said Agreement For
Deed. ~
In the event that the said proposed purchaser should elect to pay
the balance of the sums due prior to November 13, 1981, the Grantor
shall be entitled to a sum of money equal to the amount he would
have received through the November 13, 1981 monthly payment.
In the event that the said proposed purchaser should default on his
Agreement For Deed and the Grantee herein should obtain possession
of the property, thQn•in that event the Grantor herein shall be
entitled to a sum of money equal to the amount he would have
received through the November 13, 1981 monthly payment.
Also subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record.
