Purchaser and all ar-ners of parcels in the aforedescribed Condominium coven- ant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declaration and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the Property Owner's Assocfation documents referred to above and the provisions thereof aFe reason- ahle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknoWledges and confirms that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Orrner's Association has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under said Declaration of Coven- ants and Restrictions, and said Purchaser assum.~s the obligations as to the Property OWner's Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser confirms that all ~rarranties, representations, and inducements, if any, are as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condaroini~.m and Exhibits attached thereto, and the coannon expenses and the sums due under the Property Ormer's Association and other charges are estimated only. No Warranty or guaranty is made or intended nor may one be relied upon except Where the same is specifically Warranted or guaranteed in said Declaration of Condominiun and Exhibits attached thereto.
